These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of products from Macchina Mods, LLC ("Macchina Mods," "we," "us," or "our"). Our store is powered by Shopify. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked below.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). If you shop from outside the United States, your local currency and any applicable taxes or duties are shown and charged at checkout through Shopify and Shop Pay. We make every effort to display products, specifications, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change prices, specifications, and availability at any time without notice. If we discover a pricing or description error after you order, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and Shop Pay; we do not store your full card details. Submitting an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any amount charged. Custom builds are quoted and invoiced individually; the price and specification are confirmed with you before payment.

We currently sell and ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, select European Union countries, and Australia — for both pre-built and custom PCs. See our Shipping Policy for the full list of regions, transit times, and customs responsibilities.
All content on this site — including the Macchina Mods name, logo, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to Macchina Mods, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Macchina Mods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including data loss or lost profits — arising from your use of our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country, including the EU legal guarantee, the UK Consumer Rights Act, and the Australian Consumer Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections and the right to bring claims under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
