Returns, refunds, and how to request one.

At Macchina Mods, every PC is hand-built, tested, and benchmarked before it ships. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-day returns (change of mind)

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return if you change your mind. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included and no damage.

Weekends & holidays: If the final day of your 30-day window falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next business day.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund (less any applicable restocking fee) is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your PC arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered, this is not a change-of-mind return, so the terms above don't apply. In that case we cover everything: we pay return shipping, charge no restocking fee, and provide a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer.

Custom builds

Custom and made-to-order PCs are built specifically for you, so they are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They remain fully covered if they arrive faulty or incorrect (see above) and by your warranty.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is fulfilled (shipped). Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.

Warranty

Every Macchina Mods PC includes a 1-year workmanship warranty covering assembly and build defects.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights — including the EU's 2-year legal guarantee, the UK Consumer Rights Act, and the Australian Consumer Law.

How to request a return

Email support@macchinamods.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you the next steps. Please don't ship anything back until we've confirmed your return.
