Craftsmanship (3 months). Every custom build is covered for three (3) months from the delivery date against defects in our assembly work. If a problem is caused by how we built it, we'll make it right.
Components. Individual parts are covered by their original manufacturer warranty — unless a component is used or refurbished, in which case it is sold as-is with no component warranty. We'll always tell you up front which parts (if any) are used. See the full Warranty Policy for what's covered and how to request service.
Because custom builds are made to your exact specifications, custom build sales are final — except for defective, dead-on-arrival, or transit-damaged units, which we'll repair, replace, or refund if you contact us within 72 hours of delivery. See the full Refund Policy.
