At Macchina Mods LLC, we are committed to ensuring your orders are shipped promptly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of products purchased through our website. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

 

1. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Custom Orders: For custom-built gaming PCs, processing times may take longer, typically 3-5 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days.

  • Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 4:00 pm ET will be delivered by the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected.

  • Destination of the order.

  • Weight and dimensions of the package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

  • International shipping may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • If your shipment is lost, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the issue with the carrier.
