Return Policy

 

Refunds or Replacement are available within 14 days of the delivery date. Buyer must ship the product back to Macchina Mods for evaluation.

 

Return Processing

 

Please allow 5 business days for products to be processed after being received.  Returned products will be evaluated in order to be offered for resale.  A restocking fee will be charged for any parts that are determined to be damaged.  Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email regarding your return.

 

Refunds

 

Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, Macchina Mods will mail you a check to the billing address listed on your account. We will give you 20-50% back if something arrives to us broken.
